Eligibility and Accounts

MoonTechLife may suspend, limit, or terminate access where an account is used fraudulently, in breach of policy, or in a way that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
Acceptable Use

- Attempt unauthorized access to any account, course area, or administrative function.
- Upload malicious files, harmful scripts, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate another user or provide false identity information.
- Abuse messaging, support channels, grading systems, or exam workflows.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute platform materials without authorization.
Courses, Content, and Certificates
Access to courses, assignments, exams, and certificates may depend on user role, assigned track, academic status, and platform policies. MoonTechLife may update content, prerequisites, or access conditions where necessary.
Exams and Integrity
Users must comply with all exam rules, security requirements, timing controls, and academic integrity expectations. The platform may log exam access, session activity, and security-relevant events to protect the validity of assessment outcomes.
Support and Communications
MoonTechLife may send transactional communications relating to account verification, password resets, security alerts, support responses, and critical service updates.
Support requests should be submitted through the public support page or the internal support desk for signed-in users.
Payments and Refunds
If MoonTechLife introduces paid plans, courses, exams, or subscriptions, a separate pricing and refund policy should be published before charging users.
The current repository does not show an active payment processor, so this section should be finalized when billing goes live.
Privacy and Data Rights
Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data subject to lawful retention requirements.
Availability and Changes
MoonTechLife may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform for maintenance, security, operational needs, or product updates. Reasonable effort should be made to communicate material changes that affect users.
Liability and Governing Law
Final production terms should include the legal entity name, governing law, dispute process, limitation of liability language, and any sector-specific academic or training obligations. For a Nigeria-focused launch, this should be aligned with Nigerian law and reviewed by local counsel.
